We are seeking a Vice President – Branding to define and elevate brand identity in the U.S. market. The VP Branding will be responsible for creating a strong, consistent brand voice and image across retail, digital, and B2B channels. This role will ensure the Company is positioned as a trusted, premium, and innovative brand within the competitive U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead U.S. brand strategy, ensuring consistent identity across channels.
- Oversee packaging design, product positioning, and storytelling to strengthen brand presence.
- Lead in-store branding and promotional campaigns to build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align branding with growth goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify brand differentiation opportunities.
- Manage U.S. partnerships with media, influencers, and agencies to boost brand awareness.
- Guide creative direction for all campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Branding, or Communications.
- 10+ years of branding or marketing leadership, ideally within consumer goods/e-commerce.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling consumer brands in the U.S. market.
- Strong understanding of packaging, design, and retail branding.
- Excellent creative vision, leadership, and collaboration skills.
